Follow these steps to reset or recover your ProfitMetrics Password

- Navigate to https://my.profitmetrics.io/login.php
- Click "Recover password"
- Click the "Email Address" field and enter your email address
- Click "Recover Password"
- Click "OK"
- Look for an email called 'Recover Password' from ProfitMetrics, click on the link in the email
- Type the new password into each field and click "Set Password"
Reset Password - After Logging in
- Click "Admin pages"

Click "Account"

Click "Reset password"

Click the first "Password" field and enter your old password
- Click the Second "Password" field and enter your new password
15 Click the "Submit" button to save your new password.
Next time you log in, remember to use the new password!
