How to raise the limit for Usage Charge in Shopify
In some cases, the approved maximum amount that ProfitMetircs can charge in Shopify is not enough and needs to be raised. Follow the steps in this guide to raise the limit.
WARNING: Attempts to lower the limit will result in deactivation of your ProfitMetrics.
- Log in to Shopify
- Click "Settings"
- Click "Apps and sales channels"
- Click "ProfitMetrics"
- Click "Usage charges"
- Under "New app spending limit" - Enter an amount of min. 1000$
- Check "I acknowledge I am changing the current app spending limit..."
- Click "Set limit to.." to approve the change
