Follow the steps below to request Agency access to your client's account
Please note that ONLY the owner of an account can grant Agency access to their account. As an Agency you can not add yourself, but you can send a request to the owner of the account and ask that you be added as an agency. If you have access to the client's account, you can add yourself by following the steps in this guide: How to grant Agency access. It is currently only possible to grant Agecy Access to one agency account. Support for multiple users and agencies is something we are working on.
How to Request Agency Access
- Create an Agency account if you haven't done so already.
- Send an email to your client in order to request access. You can copy/paste the template below:
As your Agency partner, we would like to be able to access your ProfitMetrics account to monitor the performance of our ads as well as make any changes to the cost or connections that might be necessary.
