How to create a Business Account and add your first website

Follow the steps below to create a business account and add your first website in ProfitMetrics.

Part 1: Create a Business Account

1. Navigate to https://profitmetrics.io and click 'Free trial' at the top right

2. Click Business Account
   

3. Select your e-commerce platform from the list. Select 'Other' for any platform not listed (we can still integrate with your platform if it is not on the list!)
   

   If you are using Shopify, click "Sign up with Shopify". You will be redirected to install the ProfitMetrics app in Shopify. Follow the guide on the screen.

   

4. Fill out the form with your Company email and desired password.
   Then click "Sign up".
   
5. Fill out the next form with "First name", "Phone", "Company name", "How did you hear about ProfitMetrics?" and click "Complete signup".

Part 2: Add your first website

1. Click "Add website"
   
   
2. Click "Select shop platform" and select your e-commerce platform for the dropdown. If your platform does not appear on the list, please select "Other". If you have a custom build solution, please select "Custom".
   
   
3. Fill out "Shop name", "Shop URL", and "Shop Currency" > Click "Create website".
   NOTE: Select the currency in which you want your reporting and costs. Everything is then handled automatically. 
   
   
   
4. Click "Go to integration page" and follow the instructions for your platform.
   
   
   
5. Done ✅
