KB article](https://knowledge.profitmetrics.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Website%20ID%202%20-%20KB%20article.png?width=670&height=312&name=Website%20ID%202%20-%20KB%20article.png)**    4.   Check "**Script Enabled."**    This should allow the ProfitMetrics tracking script to load on the website, which collects           important information, such as the the customer email address and many different                     advertising tracking parameters (e.g. **Google Ads click ID, or 'gclid'**). ![Script enabled -
