How to uninstall ProfitMetrics app in Shopify
Follow the steps below to install ProfitMetrics app in Shopify in order to cancel your subscription.
1. Remove App
2. Remove Custom Pixels
3. Google Ads Primary Actions
Remove App

Click "Settings"

-
Click "Apps and sales channels"

-
Click "ProfitMetrics"

-
Click "Uninstall app"

NOTE: There may be ProfitMetrics related tracking notes on your orders that continue to come in!

Uninstalling the app does stop any new data from being written going forward. However, the data you're seeing is stored in Shopify's cart notes, which are created before the purchase is completed and then carried over to the final order.
How to Remove or Disconnect Custom Pixels in Shopify

Go to your Shopify Admin

Navigate to: Settings

Navigate to: Customer Events

In the list, look for the following possible pixels:
PM - Script / PM - Conversion Booster / PM - GA4 - Click on each pixel to open its settings

- In the top-right corner, click the three dots (⋯) menu

- Select Delete / Uninstall

- Confirm the action
Google Ads Primary Actions
IMPORTANT: Your PM tracking will stop working and your account will automatically be deactivated.

To avoid this, please make sure you set all ProfitMetrics conversion actions to secondary
- Set one of your other properties as Primary
- If you are using Shopping Booster, your custom labels will no longer update and all products will remain in the same bucket. If this isn't desired, please make sure to stop using the custom label that was used by our Shopping Booster
