1. Click "Integrations"

3. Click "Bing Ads" 
   
   
4. Click "Edit"

7. Click "Next step"
   
   
8. No changes are needed because the right account(s) was chosen from the start. Simply click "Next step"
   
   
   
   
9. Leave the filtering section unchanged and click "Finish setup"
