How to reactivate your ProfitMetrics account?
Please follow the steps below to complete the billing profile and reactivate your account and subscription (for Non-Shopify customers):

Click here to log in to our billing platform. (Make sure to use the email associated with your account.)

Go to “Payment Methods” and add a credit card.

Go to “Billing & Shipping Addresses” and enter your billing information.

At the top of the screen, click on the subscription marked as “Canceled.”

Click “Reactivate Subscription.”

Click “Confirm.”
✅ Your account will be reactivated within 24 hours on working days.
