How to inspect an order in ProfitMetrics
Follow these steps to inspect an order using the ProfitMetrics order page
- Log in to https://my.profitmetrics.io

Click "Orders"
-
Click the 'i' symbol to the right of the order you want to inspect.

Verify the total paid order amount (ex VAT)
-
Verify the Gross Profit
-
Verify the product cost ex VAT for your products
NOTE: If you see the gear symbol beside any product cost, that cost was not available in the product feed and was calculated using the Fallback Margin in the Expenses > Fallback page. -
Verify your sale price ex VAT

Click the drop-down arrow beside 'Additional order information'
-
Review Payment Method, Shipping Country, Shipping Method, and all other fields available here.

Click the drop down arrow beside 'Tracking information'

View "Etid: No" to see if we are receiving ETID (server-side Hybrid Universal Integration only)

View 'Email:' to see if we are receiving email address from checkout
-
Click "Close"
