How To Grant Account Access

This guide will help you grant the correct permissions to your agency or business partner.
WARNING: By granting access to your account, you are responsible for any activity performed by the person you’ve authorized. Make sure you fully trust the agency or partner before granting access, as this involves sensitive business information.
NOTE: There is no way to limit access. If you grant access to another account, they will have full access to all the data. Currently, it’s not possible to restrict access to specific sections of the account.
Before you begin, please ensure that your agency or partner has already created a ProfitMetrics account (either an Agency Account OR an Extra User Account) using this link: https://profitmetrics.io/free-trial.
Without an active account, they won’t be able to receive access.
Steps to Grant Access

Log in to your Business Account
Visit: https://my.profitmetrics.ioNote: It is not possible to grant access from an Agency or User account. Access can only be granted from a Business Account.

Click "Account"

Click "Account Access"

Click "New"

Select "Account Type" and choose one option:

Enter the "Email" Address
Type the email of the account you want to grant access to. Make sure your agency or partner has already created a ProfitMetrics account as Agency or Extra user.
Note: An error message will appear if the email address used does not have an agency account

Set "Expiration" and select how long access should be granted.

- Select a "Role" and choose the appropriate role for the user.

Add any Additional "Notes" you wish to include. (Optional)

Subscribe to Alerts
Ensure you are subscribed to alerts if needed. Uncheck the box if you don’t want alerts.

Click "Save"
