How to change the attribution windows in Google Ads

All new conversion actions are created with a standard 30-day click-through attribution window. This guide shows you how to change it to 90 days, for example.


  1. Click "Goals"

  2. Click the Conversion Action you wish to modify

  3. Click "Edit settings"

  4. Click "Click-through conversion window"

  5. Click the drowpdown selector

  6. Select the desired attribution window. In this example we choose 90 days.

  7. Click "Save"

  8. Repeat the same process for "Engaged-view conversion window" if you want.

  9. Repeat the same process for "View-through conversion window" if you want.

  10. Click "Done"

IMPORTANT: Remember to repeat this process for all ProfitMetrics Conversions actions
