HOW TO BREAK DOWN PROFITMETRICS APP CHARGES ON YOUR SHOPIFY BILL

Please follow the steps below to better understand the Shopify bill and break down all charges.

  1. Log in to your Shopify Account
  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. Click on "Billing"

  4. Click on " View Bill"

  5. Click the arrow next to the App line to view the breakdown of charges. 
    Please note that one charge is for the Monthly fee and the other is for Order usage.

  6. Click “View charges” in the Order Usage charge if you need more details and a full breakdown of all charges.

  7. Click “Export” if you need to export the full details of the charges.


    Note: Please note that your billing was processed by Shopify, and all charges have been made by them, not by ProfitMetrics.
